The onboarding team wants to track employees who joined within the last quarter (90 days) for a welcome event.
Return full_name (first + last), email, and hire_date of all recent hires. Order by most recent first.
Note: Assume today is January 1, 2026. With our data, no one was hired in the last 90 days (empty result is correct).
